In Altered, you lead two expeditions that explore and discover the land around your home peninsula, Asgartha. One of your expeditions is led by your hero, represented by the hero's expedition marker. The other is led by their companion, represented by the companion's expedition marker. These expeditions move towards each other throughout the game, and your goal is to be the first to bring them together.
