Detailed rear axle for Tamiya model trucks in 1:14 scale. The axle is equipped with a self-locking differential and can be built with or without drive-through. Both shafts and housing covers are included in the package. In the event of traction loss, the differential automatically locks, generating 100% traction. A major advantage of this drive axle is that no shift servos, Bowden cables, or linkages for the differential locks are needed, which benefits the clarity and space in the chassis. The axle components are housed in a highly durable reinforced plastic axle casing. Additionally, the rear axle can also be operated in conjunction with the standard Tamiya 3-speed transmission; only the drive shaft set 6x4 needs to be used for the 3-axle tractors.
