Product details
The EC-135 of the "Flying Bulls" is from the year 2006 and bears the registration OE-XFB. The helicopter has a length of about ten meters and is powered by two Turbomeca turbines with a system output of 2 x 643 HP. Its maximum speed is approximately 290 km/h with a service ceiling of 6,100 m. The EC-135 is certified for up to six people (one pilot, five passengers). Our EC-135 is a licensed super-scale replica in a 1:32 scale with the original livery of the Flying Bulls. The model is true to the original in every detail – even the individual rivets of the cabin, which is made of solid plastic, are represented. This helicopter features LED lighting at the front, bottom, and rear, which not only enhances its stunning appearance and enables flying at dusk but also indicates the current flight status and the voltage of the flight battery: for example, if the LED starts to blink and turns red, the voltage is too low. This way, the pilot immediately knows that it’s better to return for a recharge. A special feature of the battery is that it has a built-in USB charging port, which simply connects to the supplied USB cable. The flight time with a full battery is about 8-10 minutes. Thanks to high-quality electronics, including auto-takeoff and auto-landing, the flight behavior is gentle, and despite the multi-blade rotor head, the helicopter is suitable for beginners. The high-quality 2.4 GHz transmitter fits well in hand and features the option to select different flight phases (from beginner to advanced), ergonomic control sticks, and the ability to switch from Mode 2 (factory setting) to Mode 1. Additionally, the EC-135 offers the possibility to switch to backward flight at the push of a button from a safety height of about nine meters. For sufficient power for such flight maneuvers, the super-scale helicopter is equipped with two high-performance brushless motors (front/rear).
