Thematically, they draw from the world of archangels – the card designs were crafted over a meticulous six-month process by the minds behind theory11, the group for magic and card art, and the English illustrator Tom Lane, with great care and attention to detail.

The back design is the crown jewel of the Archangels deck. The closer you look, the more details you can find. It showcases a juxtaposition of good and evil, darkness and light, night and day, angels and demons. The faces feature original artwork on the Ace of Spades and the Joker.
