Would appreciate feedback on cleaning windows, blinds and ledges, 1st floor, outside but access from inside!

I would advise against it. For windows, one of the window cleaners might work:

or a steam cleaner. I always use that. Steam without detergent, draw off the water, done.

Always clean blinds by hand. You'll only cause damage with a high-pressure cleaner.
