How do I know whether I will receive a right-hand or left-hand lock? And how do I order it?

That was exactly my problem. As a non-specialist, I didn't know that I needed a right-hand lock and so I ordered the wrong one from Galaxus, namely a left-hand one. It was only through a specialist that I knew and got the right one in a specialist shop (hardware shop). By the way, I didn't find a right-hand lock at Galaxus. What a pity!
I called Glutz and they advised me perfectly
