275°C is the maximum temperature according to the data sheet. However, I don't know of any food that is cooked with this heat. I have been grilling and smoking with Meatee Block for a year and am very satisfied except for the fact that the range of the sensors is very, very limited due to the steel walls of high-quality smokers and the block must effectively stand directly next to it. Normal grills and ovens are no problem.
