Question about Kärcher K4 Power Control
What changes between the CH version and the EU version? Just the plug or other things too? Because I also see that the Swiss version does not include the surface cleaner... How come?

Hello, I had exactly the same question and was able to clarify it.
It is only the plug where you also get an adapter.
With the EU version you also get more accessories than with the CH version. But I can't give you a clarifying answer, because like you, I'm just a consumer 😉
Conclusion: You are not making a mistake with the EU version and you have the usual service from Galaxus.
