Question about Bestway Steel Pro Max Set
We ordered such a pool on 04.05.20. At that time for 359.-. Delivery time was mid-May. Now the pool is paid for and the delivery info says "The deadline has been exceeded by the supplier. As soon as we receive an update from the supplier, it will be shown here". Now the pool "Bestway Steel Pro Max (Ø 366 x 122 cm, tubular steel pool)" is still listed as available on your website. Now for 325.- and delivery time 2-4 days. What is wrong here?!? - Things are promised that are not kept!!!
Hello, unfortunately I don't have an answer but the same thing happened to me.
In response to my enquiry as to when my already paid-for pool will be delivered, I received the following e-mail:
Unfortunately, our supplier has informed us that the article Steel Pro Max (Ø 366 x 122 cm, tubular steel pool) can no longer be delivered, as it is sold out and will no longer be reordered. I ask for your understanding and hope that this matter does not cause you too much inconvenience.
I would therefore no longer hope to be able to use the product this summer.
