My old Bosch battery has 36V, 2.6 Ah. It is now defective. Can I also use the 36V, 4.0 Ah battery?

I also bought an extra battery with 4.0 Ah for my Bosch Rotak 43li.
It is no problem. The device runs. On the contrary, it lasts a little longer.
So it shouldn't be a problem.

A battery with greater capacity (4.0 Ah instead of 2.6 Ah) can always be used. The other way round would be problematic because the battery would not be able to deliver enough power.

i bought an extra battery for the Bosch lawnmower. The "old" battery is 36V 2.6Ah. the new one is
4 Ah. This works without any problems. They are 99 per cent identical in construction (the battery holder on the 4Ah battery does not
optimally). I have not yet discovered the reason for this. But electrically, no problem.
