I was very happy with the Dreame A2. It handled the difficult terrain well and was a pleasure to watch. The battery could be much bigger, as it probably consumes more energy on slopes. Unfortunately, lidar malfunctioned after 3 months. According to research, this seems to be a weak point. After 2.5 months, no feedback from the repair service, finally a credit note. The 2026 version with improved lidar was announced at a trade fair. As I was otherwise very satisfied, I would like to buy the new version again. When will it be available?

The new Dreame robot lawnmowers for the 2026 gardening season, including the A3 AWD and V1 models, are expected to be available in Switzerland from spring 2026. However, the exact release dates and sales launch times will not be officially announced until closer to the actual release date.
