I bought this vacuum cleaner a short time ago. After the first use, the operating button on the upholstery nozzle got stuck (sprays water permanently) otherwise everything works perfectly. I reported the case and sent the defective part to Galaxus. The lady from Galaxus then sent me an email saying that only the nozzle had been sent and not the entire vacuum cleaner. I replied that everything else worked perfectly and that it was ecological nonsense to send the huge appliance as I only needed a new upholstery nozzle, which is also offered separately here. I also pointed out that the original box was no longer available (who would keep it, it's Kärcher Professional you'd think). After a few days, Galaxus sends me a threatening message without having replied to my message: if the entire vacuum cleaner is not sent to Galaxus by 1 April, the case will be cancelled and Galaxus will charge me for expenses and compensation. I then asked again whether I would at least receive a shipping label. Again no reply to my feedback. How should this continue? There is no email address for questions, no telephone number and no such service. Is this really the kind of customer service Galaxus represents? Please help! Thanks in advance!
