It depends on the water pressure or how many nozzles you use on one pressure regulator. I use 3 and the throw is 2-3 (max) metres - but you can regulate down very well (reduce water pressure at the tap or at the orange control dial).

I use it in the raised bed, I would say about 3m depending on the setting and water pressure. In addition, the nozzle itself can be regulated, see the orange wheel.
