No problems at all. I have two connected to my Micro-Drip system and they work perfectly. Note that this nozzle can also be used to regulate pressure using the little orange knob on the top.

I first have a drip hose in the line, then a normal hose/pipe with 2 spray nozzles (360 degree adjustment) and then a drip hose again. Works perfectly, no problem with the pressure. Both spray nozzles with 20cm extension to have the spray nozzle above the plants.

Of course it is specially made for micro-drip irrigation, you can choose different spray types including 360 and you can also adjust the water flow rate
