With the specially developed Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY for electrical applications, the protective insulation is integrated into the blade, allowing for blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This way, the slimBits can easily reach recessed screws and spring elements. The insulated slimBits are subjected to piece testing according to the international standard IEC 60900 and enable safe working on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. 6 mm slimBits can only be used with the slimVario bit holder and slimTorque VDE bit holder.
