Bluetooth Smart enabled. The BLUE Smart IP67 charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, changing settings and updating the charger when functions appear. Completely encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and fireproof. No water, oil or dirt can damage the BLUE Smart IP67 charger. The housing is made of cast aluminium and the electronic components are cast in resin, which ensures the highest efficiency and although the efficiency is 92% or higher, these chargers generate three or four times less heat. Once the battery is fully charged, power consumption is reduced to less than one watt. This is between five and ten times less than the industry standard.

The charger has a variable charging algorithm with a 5-stage initial charge: Absorption, Reconditioning, Boost and Storage. It has microprocessor-controlled battery monitoring. The "A DA PT A you VA" function automatically optimises the charging process based on battery usage. The storage mode is activated if the battery has not been discharged within 24 hours. Once a week, the voltage increases to the absorption level to equalise the battery. This function prevents electrolyte stratification and sulphation, the main causes of battery failure.

The charger can also charge Li-ion batteries (LiFePO4). The Li batteries are charged using a simple start algorithm: Absorption and boost. The overheating protection reduces the output current if the temperature exceeds 60 °C, but the charger will not fail.
