The TOX Thermo Proof heavy-duty spacer mounting system is approved by the building authorities, ideal for externally insulated facades (ETICS) and suitable for fixing awnings, air-conditioning units, satellite dishes, etc., as well as for building materials such as concrete, perforated bricks, solid lime-sand bricks, masonry bricks and others. The Thermo Proof M12 x 300 and M12 x 400 heavy-duty spacer mounting systems enable fixings with insulation thicknesses and spacer distances of up to 200 and 300 mm respectively. The M12 threaded rod, made from A4-grade stainless steel, prevents unsightly rust stains. The Iso Spacer insulating sleeve is infinitely adjustable and features a large contact surface and a SW24 drive for improved force transmission. With the help of the Liquix Sleeve, drill holes can be easily filled with composite mortar to ensure effective fastening. These perfectly coordinated components make the Thermo Proof mounting system particularly easy to install and energy-efficient – its building authority approval provides additional assurance.
