This compact, practical handheld measuring device quickly determines the temperature of all conceivable materials. It is highly accurate and universally applicable. It features a 105 cm long cable and a 12 cm long penetration probe (NTC sensor) with a protective cap. The device is splash-proof and washable.
Additionally, it has MIN/MAX and HOLD functions and can switch between degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. It includes a display backlight and automatic shut-off after 15 minutes.
A top device for food (HACCP), crafts, industry, agriculture, and hobbies, wherever highly accurate measurements are required. Measurement range is -40 to +200 degrees Celsius.
