The STIHL AP system supports you in your daily gardening, landscaping and tree care tasks. The matching AP lithium-ion batteries help you to use STIHL cordless tools for even the most demanding jobs. Four LED lights keep you constantly informed about the battery charge status. Thanks to the new Power Laminate technology, the STIHL AP 500 S battery offers you double the number of possible charging cycles compared to the previous STIHL batteries. The power output has also been increased compared to the AP 300 S from STIHL. In addition, the STIHL AP 500 S battery can be integrated into the STIHL connected fleet management system so that you always have transparency about the actual operating time.

You can recharge the STIHL AP 500 S with a rated voltage of 36 V using the STIHL AL 301 and STIHL AL 500 quick battery chargers or the STIHL AL 101 standard battery charger. All cordless tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for professional users and daily use even under adverse weather conditions. They therefore have tested splash water protection, the effectiveness of which is verified by demanding internal tests. The splash water test is based on the IPX4 standard, among others.
