The high-quality pressing rings CB-MP have been specially designed and developed by Rothenberger for pressing applications in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology. With this pressing ring design, users are well-equipped to crimp fittings for piping systems within refrigeration systems and heat pumps with a maximum operating pressure of 48 bar in accordance with system standards. Thanks to Rothenberger's Dura Lazr Tec® technology - an innovative partial laser hardening process - precise and secure crimping is achieved while simultaneously increasing the lifespan. The result is reduced wear and a doubling of the crimping cycles compared to the previous model. Additionally, long-term corrosion protection enhances the durability of the pressing jaws. With the use of a high-strength special steel, the pressing rings are suitable for all pressing machines with an axial thrust force of 19 kN or 32 kN.
