Hello 😊 For the Mercedes B250e model W247, the foot set 753 is only compatible with kit 183173, which we unfortunately do not currently have in our range. The 187145 kit is therefore unfortunately not compatible with the 753 foot set combination.

You can find the kit for your vehicle on the Thule website. For the Q3 (not sportback) 2019 it would be the 186091. But best to check again.
There are 4 pieces in the kit, so you don't need a kit. See also the assembly instructions linked. The footpack miss can be ordered separately.
