I recommend going to Thule.com. There you can specify the exact type of car. Then Thule will give you all the matching part numbers.
For example, this kit fits on my BMW station wagon but not on the family Peugeot.

I don't believe it. I bought it for my Q3 and on the boxes it is inscribed bmw.
I kept it as an emergency but had to adopt it myself because the part was tight and short and therefore I had to drill the caps to attach them.
