The round filter in the lid always remains in place.
However, the additional dust filter must be removed when wet vacuuming.

Hello,
We have consulted the Kärcher website and believe that no bag is required. At least, there is no mention of one.
Also, this item has an EU plug and an additional CH adapter is included on our part.

You have a Schuko socket outlet on the appliance. A transition plug is required for an appliance with an earth connection and CH plug.
