If it is true that this product comes without a battery, I think it should be communicated that way. (https://www.kaercher.com/ch/home-garden/mobile-reinigung/handheld-cleaner/khb-6-battery-13280100.html) The official website points this out. Maybe it would make sense to offer a bundle that includes the device, the battery and the charging station.

There is no battery, but Galaxus does not inform. I was so angry that I ordered the battery and charging station from Brack. The device is now almost twice as expensive as I thought...

Would appreciate feedback on cleaning windows, blinds and ledges, 1st floor, outside but access from inside!

I would advise against it. For windows, one of the window cleaners might work: https://www.galaxus.ch/de... or a steam cleaner. I always use that. Steam without detergent, draw off the water, done. Kärcher SC 3 Easy Fix Always clean blinds by hand. You'll only cause damage with a high-pressure cleaner.
