The Kärcher AD4 Premium (item no. 8084117) is the EU version and has a Schuko plug. It is supplied with a corresponding fixed adapter that enables the appliance to be used in Switzerland. The Kärcher AD4 Premium (item no. 10776442) is the Swiss version with a Swiss plug. Apart from this difference, the devices are identical and have the same scope of delivery.

In fact, the biggest difference is the power connection. However, EU appliances, for example, would be excluded from promotions in Switzerland.
