The double-sided cast iron grill plate is an extremely versatile accessory for your grill. One side is smooth, while the other is ridged. Thanks to the thick metal, the surface stays hot longer and doesn't cool down when you place steaks, vegetables, or other grilling items on it. On the smooth side of the plate, you can prepare everything from small vegetables to pancakes and scrambled eggs. The ridged side is perfect for steaks or hamburgers. It can be combined with the cast iron grill pan to create a two-zone system.
