Nitrile gloves provide good protection against chemicals such as epoxy resins and hardeners. They are made of 100% nitrile rubber and are latex-free. They have a higher puncture resistance than latex. They are recommended by the Chemical Employers' Liability Insurance Association and are preferable to latex or vinyl gloves, which only offer short-term protection.
