With an ergonomic handle, this thermometer has a measuring range of -40ºC to +200ºC, with a graduation of 1ºC and an accuracy of ± 2ºC. The "hold function" stores the current temperature. It features a retractable 65 mm stainless steel probe and an automatic switch-off after 10 minutes. A protective cover for the measuring probe is included, and the unit of measurement can be displayed in either ºC or ºF. Supplied with an LR44 battery.
