The vertically discharging EC roof fan features an efficiency-optimized aluminum housing and a newly developed high-performance radial impeller. The housing is made of seawater-resistant aluminum with integrated protection against accidental contact. The motor mounting plate and base plate with inlet nozzle are made of galvanized steel. The base plate has threaded screws for attaching suction-side accessories (hole pattern according to DIN 24155, Bl. 3). Protective grilles are standard on the discharge side in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13857.

The high-performance radial impeller has backward-curved blades made of plastic and is dynamically balanced according to DIN ISO 1940-1. The energy-saving, speed-controlled EC external rotor motor is designed in a closed type with IP 44 rating, achieving high efficiency. It is ball-bearing mounted with moisture protection insulation, maintenance-free, and interference-free. Integrated electronic temperature monitoring for the EC motor and electronics. Standard with an external terminal box rated at IP 65. Stepless speed control with potentiometer or stepless speed regulation with a universal control system.
