According to DIN ISO 5749, the convex handle shape allows for a high force build-up. Rounded surfaces and handles prevent unfavorable, punctual peak forces, resulting in an even distribution of force across your hand. The tool features a slender head, making it ideal for confined spaces. It has induction-hardened precision cutting edges with a hardness of 63 - 65 HRC, suitable for medium-hard wire up to 1.6 mm. Made from GEDORE special hardened and tempered steel, it is drop-forged, oil-hardened, and annealed. The tool is available in steel-grey with blue dipped non-slip handles or chrome-plated with blue dipped handles.
