Optic with SLIDE FOCUS provides responsive illumination right in the hand and delivers seamless transitions between Ultra View Flood Beam and BULLS-EYE Spot Beam. With COAST's patented Pure Beam Optic Twist Focus technology with Flood Spot technology, you get superior beam intensity that allows you to adjust the light beam as needed. The Flood optic delivers a perfect wide-angle circle of even light, without the dark rings that can occur with lights that don't take optics into account. The spot optic is the intense cone of light that can be focussed on what you need at the moment. SLIDE FOCUS: Adjust the cone of light by sliding the head of the lamp forwards or backwards with your finger. COAST's BEAM LOCK technology makes the SLIDE FOCUS system even more valuable, as it allows you to lock the beam. Turn the head of the torch to the left to lock the beam and turn it back to the right to set the sliding mechanism in motion again.
