The T 118 AF Flexible for Metal jigsaw blade is break-resistant when cutting straight in metal. The milled, wavy teeth are designed for cutting sheet metal.
The hardened HSS (high speed steel) and BIM (bi-metal) tooth bar is reinforced with high resilience HCS (carbon steel), reducing the risk of breakage and providing both sufficient strength and flexibility, both of which are required to cut perforated steel sheet metal (standard thickness). The blade is equipped with a very fine progressive tooth pitch (1.1-1.5 mm) and cuts a wide range of thin metal sheets with a thickness of 1-3 mm.
