Sandflex® bimetal hole saws perform excellently in various materials, including wood, plastic, non-ferrous and ferrous steels, as well as stainless steel. They are compatible with electric drills, both stationary and portable. Side slots facilitate quick and easy core removal. The maximum depth of cut is 38 mm, with 4 to 6 teeth per inch. All VIP hole saws come in cardboard packaging, with instructions included. Maximum hole size is the nominal hole saw size plus 1.5 mm, minus 0.0. Extra large dimensions include 168 mm and 210 mm with 6 TPI and normal cutting depth, and 177 mm with 4/6 TPI, with a maximum cutting depth of 50 mm. All large hole saws are designed to cut with a 0° cutting angle for a less aggressive cut.
