Designed for the highest demands under extreme external conditions, this line impresses with high-quality, particularly robust full-grain leather and superior TPU sole technology. The sole consists of a combination of TPU for the outsole and PU as a shock-absorbing midsole. Compared to pure PU soles, it is lighter, remarkably more flexible, and more resistant to cuts, breaks, abrasion, and wear. TPU soles are characterized by the "wiper effect": the shoe "wipes" standing water off the ground, thereby increasing slip resistance. The transparency of the TPU part of the duo sole is both visually appealing and a sign of quality. The Albatros Comfit AIR insole features shock-absorbing elevations in the heel and ball areas, as well as support for the longitudinal arch. This optimizes the natural position of the foot in the shoe and stimulates the muscles while walking. The slip-resistant textile surface is odor-resistant, moisture-absorbing, and washable at 30°C.
