In addition to a sporty look, maximal comfort and ease with minimal burden on the foot are the highest priorities, even during prolonged movement. The shaft of the TIMBER MID is made of oiled, soft full-grain leather with abrasion-resistant textile applications. The slip-resistant, self-cleaning sole profile of the TPU outsole features optimal fluid-displacing characteristics (windscreen-wiper effect). Standing water is drained to the sides of the shoe to avoid aquaplaning. Furthermore, the sole is oil and fuel resistant as well as antistatic. The BreathActive functional lining, extended into the toe area, ensures dry feet and comfort, even during long working days. The perfect protection of the wearer—always the focus of all ALBATROS® developments—is our most important priority in this line.
