The high-quality, microporous coated material of the 3M protective suit 4540 offers excellent protection against liquid chemical splashes and particles (Type 5/6). It also provides protection against radioactively contaminated particles (EN 1073-2). To minimize potential heat buildup, a particularly breathable material is incorporated into the back. This ensures improved air circulation and makes working easier even under extreme conditions. Reinforced seams and the special construction of the gusset make this all-rounder even more robust and durable. The cut of model 4540 is also designed for high freedom of movement.
