Is this treadmill recommended for a flat in a block with people living below me? Is it possible to insulate the noise downwards with something if I want to jog on it?

I also have a mat underneath. It is good to use one that is at least 5 mm thick. I.e. not too thin to absorb the shocks.

I ordered a mat for it straight away and haven't received any complaints yet :)
As it's a plate at the end, you don't walk directly on the floor and therefore shouldn't be audible underneath.
