Hello, I have the WalkingPad R 1 and unfortunately it stops at 6 km/h although the bracket is up. According to the description, the treadmill should then be in running mode and no longer in walking mode. Unfortunately, I can't set it to more than 6 km/h in the app. Can someone please help me? Can I reset the treadmill? Is there anything else I can do? How can I get into run mode and use 10 km/h?
