Shimano's compact and lightweight Deore XT RT-MT800 brake discs are characterized by exceptionally fast heat dissipation thanks to the ICE Technologies Freeza heat management system. Shimano's Center Lock design makes the installation and removal of brake discs incredibly easy.

ICE Technologies, in combination with the Freeza brake disc construction, ensures rapid heat dissipation. This leads to more consistent braking performance under extreme conditions, extends the lifespan of the brake pads, and reduces brake force loss as well as brake noise.

The Center Lock system of the brake disc, featuring a multi-tooth profile and securing ring, simplifies installation. This system allows for quick mounting and dismounting of the brake disc, saving on service costs. Additionally, the secure fit on the multi-tooth profile enhances precision and strength, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the brake.
