I've had them for almost a year and my exercise bike is on them. I have parquet floors and absolutely no problems because of the mats and floors, all good!
I can't tell you the material, but it's plastic-like. It smells strongly at first, but I aired it out a bit on the balcony and it doesn't smell any more.

Hi I use on parquet too and it ok. But be carfull with the jump because sometimes it is a little bit slippery. But in the end for home training it is a good product

The puzzle mat is 10mm thick, a power cable 8mm. At the edge a shortening+bevel is sufficient, in the middle you will only find a solution with flat ribbon cable.
Since you have the mat at home, you can easily answer this question yourself. A small tip: it is a puzzle mat, so you will lose some of the width and length per mat. If you don't put the mat together, it will be enough for your 12 sqm🤣.
These are the six that are 120x180. Each carpet is 60x60cm.

It is difficult to say, as the plates are designed to be inserted into each other. However, it should be possible with a sharp knife (but not recommended from my point of view).

In my case, these boards lie directly on the parquet. Since I don't have underfloor heating, I can't answer whether the boards stick over time. So far I haven't had any problems with it.
