The PB Speed plyo boxes are optimal tools for jump training and serve as a valuable addition to endurance and strength training. In addition to increasing explosive strength, they offer versatile workout options to improve conditioning, speed, and agility. Made from dense foam, they feature high stability and a non-slip surface that allows for clean and safe jumps. The rounded edges and corners provide additional protection against injuries. With three different height variations, they can be used individually or easily stacked and secured with an integrated Velcro strap, allowing for customization to any training level.
