The Pedalo Balance Board Rola-Bola "Sport" is a training device designed to refine balance and body coordination. You can train in a wide stance or in a step position. The training device consists of a solid ash wood roller and a balance board made from extremely stable, multi-layer birch plywood. The roller is mounted on anti-slip rubber rings at both ends, allowing you to use the balance board on smooth floors as well. Beginners should practice on a carpet or carpet tile, as the movement is slowed down here. The included anti-slip arrows can be attached to the top of the roller board as desired.
