Thanks to the composite body and optimized connections, the Kéo Classic 3 is one of the lightest pedals in its category. Large contact surface for a high level of pedaling comfort and Q-factor adjustmentThanks to its 14 mm thread, the new Look axle allows a 2 mm Q-factor adjustment using a specific spacer, available as a separate part. The spring tension can be adjusted between 8 and 12 Nm, allowing all users (from beginners to very experienced users) to choose the setting that best suits the discipline in question. Chromoly axle line for more reliabilityThe Keo Classic 3 axle line uses an oversize steel axle. It consists of a miniature ball bearing (12 mm inside x 18 mm outside) and a needle bearing for higher load capacity. A spacer sleeve is provided to hold the needle bearing. It reduces friction and ensures a smoother rotary motion. In addition, a new method of controlling the way the axle line is pressed into the body makes it possible to guarantee greater pedal reliability. Look axle lines are only released after a rotational test of 2 million cycles at 100 rpm with a load of 90 kg at the centre of the pedal and an eccentric rotation (causing an impact with each rotation). This test goes far beyond the current standard EN 14781. - Purpose: road bike - Details: - Larger contact surface - Optimized connections - Belongs to the lightest pedals in its category - Dual bearing CroMo axle - Distance axle/sole: 15.7 mm - Distance pedal center-crank arm: 53 mm (expandable to 55 mm) - Release force: 8 - 12 Nm - Contact surface: 400 mm² - Type: clipless pedal - Weight per pair: 348 g Material - Pedal body: composite - Pedal axle: CroMo Scope of delivery - Scope of delivery: 1 pair of Look Kéo Classic 3 pedals - Cleats included: 1 pair of pedal plates Look Kéo Grip grey (4.5° freedom of movement) clipless pedal - Compatibility: Look
