With the new Pro-Rugged, G-Form ushers in a new generation of protectors. The innovative laminate made of EVA, Smartflex foam, and Armortex combines comfort, enhanced protection, lightweight design, and compact packing volume. The G-Form Pro-Rugged knee-shin protector is arguably the lightest (approximately 450 g/pair/L), most comfortable, and best-protecting guard in its category. Its packing size is also impressively small (about 12x10 cm/L). The Smartflex polymer foam hardens upon impact within milliseconds and absorbs up to 90% of the energy. After a fall, the foam immediately returns to being soft and flexible. The Smartflex foam is laminated with a Kevlar fabric, lined with flexible EVA, and sewn onto a fine Lycra sleeve, allowing the G-Form protector to fit around the knee and lower leg almost like a second skin. G-Form guards are significantly less sweat-inducing than conventional protectors while still effectively protecting the knees and shins from cold. Due to their minimal weight and the wide rubberized closures, G-Form protectors hardly shift. For additional support and adjustability, a rubber band is attached at the top for even better grip and individual customization.
