The new air shaft compensates for slight tilting of the lowers under load, significantly reducing friction in the air piston. With a 30 mm larger bushing overlap for lower friction and higher stiffness, it ensures optimal control of the suspension. The all-rounder cartridge GRIP has also been completely revamped and now offers improved functionality. It is used in the Performance and Rhythm lines and is adjustable in two ways. Featuring a lockout function that can optionally be enhanced with a remote, as well as adjustable low-speed compression and rebound settings, the GRIP cartridge provides an ideal combination of versatility and precision for various applications. The new pressure equalization knobs are slimmer and easier to operate. The new 36/36SL Mud Guard is no longer attached to the lowers but is instead bolted to the lower fork bridge and the lowers for robust and scratch-free protection. Maximum tire width is 2.6 inches and brake disc size ranges from 200-203 mm.
