Palau clears the way for a type of fin for snorkeling and swimming. Two specific needs were at the forefront of its development. Firstly, a foot section that covers at least three to four adjacent foot sizes, so that use of the same fin by several family members or friends is possible. Another goal was to make it easier to rent the fin at a diving center or on a charter boat, to avoid the need for countless sizes. Another goal was to increase comfort and speed of donning and doffing, even if the fin is a heel strap fin worn with bare feet. The result is an exceptionally practical fin that basically adapts to any foot and can be put on quickly at any time. The fin blade is made of a light but very dynamic material that ensures a fluid and fatigue-free fin stroke, while at the same time providing satisfactory propulsion. The strap is equipped with a fixed ring on the top to be able to fold it down or attach the fin to the body or equipment.
