The Battle Ropes from aerobis feature high-quality craftsmanship, a non-slip rubber grip, and a sleek black design. Thanks to the special polyester braided coating, the ropes offer high flexibility, optimal wave characteristics, are UV-resistant, and do not absorb water.

Training with the Battle Ropes is suitable as a standalone workout, as part of a session, or as an intense finisher. The wave motion with the ropes is a joint-friendly and efficient way to train strength endurance in the form of continuous method training, interval training, or HIIT.
