The Battle Ropes from aerobis are characterized by high-quality craftsmanship, a non-slip rubber grip, and a sleek black design. Thanks to the special polyester braided coating, the ropes offer high flexibility, optimal wave properties, are UV resistant, and do not absorb water.

Training with the Battle Ropes is suitable as a standalone workout, as part of a training session, or as an intense finisher. The wave motion with the ropes provides a joint-friendly and efficient way to train strength endurance in the form of continuous training, interval training, or HIIT.
