Question about Carbonator 3 - 500195

We ordered the Aarke Carbonator from you. I was told on the phone that the gas bottle was included in the package. This was not the case..... and the delivery did not arrive as promised on the website..... Reason: the glass bottle was not in stock at the moment. Unfortunately, we could only hand over the gift after the birthday. And now it can't even be put into operation because the gas bottle is missing...... Can you please tell me, if I order the gas bottle today, when it will arrive???? And which GAS bottle comes with the Aarke? It would be nice if we could put the Aarke into operation sometime............. Thanks for a quick reply to the mother
