They also offer us the products at different purchase prices, which of course has an impact on our sales price. In many cases, the price is therefore not relevant when making a statement about the quality/functionality of the item. The article here is effectively the same. The difference in the power rating comes from the fact that one (30 min) is the rating for the turbo, but actually both are at 80 min. One is probably an import, so it has its own item number. In such cases, I would recommend looking at the price.
